Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If an international shipment is refused, returned, or unclaimed due to customs fees, incorrect address, or local regulations, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after shipment. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are determined by your local customs office.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

The Hockey Formula is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
